What to do when you receive the hoodie?

Please, make sure it is the correct size and that there have been no damages to the product in shipping.

How is each hoodie crafted?

We make the hoodies for every order. Therefore, if you choose to get a hoodie without a design it will get there sooner because it takes less time to complete. If you choose to have the design it will take longer to complete of course. We established a pre-order period due to this to allow anyone who wants the back design can receive them. Please, keep this in mind!

How is the stock list managed?

When someone buys a hoodie, whether it has a design or not, that decreases the stock for said hoodie and size overall. For clarification this means if we have 15 total small hoodies in a color and someone buys one with or without the design, we then have 14 hoodies left in that overall size for that color. This also means if a hoodie is sold out in a size with the design, it’s sold out in that size without the design as well.

How do I wash and dry the hoodies?

The hoodies are machine washable, but it is important to wash them in cold water. For the first wash, you may want to turn them inside out. We recommend air drying the hoodies, however, if you use a machine dryer, use it on a low heat setting.

How long will it take my apparel to arrive?

We make all hoodies to order, therefore it may take a few days to be crafter if you choose to add the design to your hoodie. We ship using USPS Ground Advantage across the U.S. Therefore, your parcel should arrive within 5-7 days post-production. Updates will be sent throughout the process to ensure you are always in the loop.
